    The two children are to be our mascots, John. That has absolutely nothing to do with whether Norman Rimmington is able, or would want, to lead the team out.

    There's lots of calls for things to be done for Norman Rimmington, and nothing ever comes of it. I don't know the bloke personally, but he strikes me as quite a modest chap, maybe he doesn't want the recognition that others wish to pay him.
