anyone else concerned over our slow starts?

no first half goals for 5 games. if BBC stats are to be believed no shots either so far approaching 20 mins.
What does Hecky do to rile them up at half time that he can't do before the first half? Are his tactics so poor he has to keep changing them after poor starts?

Sounds like we're battering them. Apparently the ref is an absolute clown.

Not a single shot...not sure what you define as 'battering' them.

 

I've been told we've had two ruled out by very dubious decisions from the officials. Obviously they don't count. BBC stats make it look pretty even possession-wise but they can be misleading.

 

I would however say that our home form is a little bit of a concern - no goals in two and a half games. Need to stick one in the net and get the monkey off our back - then I'm sure normal service will be resumed.

 

Have you ever thought that teams coming here actually try harder knowing we are a form team and then we get a ref who let's late tackles go and pulls us up for anything and everything whilst they get off scott free???

 

Definitely mate, it can be harder for the top teams to play at home when the opposition park the bus. That's possibly why out recent away form has been so exceptional. I've heard that the ref has been absolutely gash so far today.
