A total abject display

One post says he's not good enough...your next says he's made a great contribution....is there something fishy going on?

 

with the amount of chances he has had over season it should be 30 plus. even though 20 goals isn't a bad contribution it should be much more

 

You're doing it again...previous post said a 'great contribution '....now it's been downgraded to ' not a bad contribution '

Very easy to say....that's why 20 plus strikers are quite rare.
I do know what you're saying though it could have been more...probably every striker in the division could say that though.

i didn't say it could of been more i said it should be. he has cost us so many games with easy chances missed. do you think he has played well for most part of the season?

 

Yes is the short answer.....was totally wasted by Johnson not knowing what his strengths were...formed a decent partnership with Watkins once the tactics changed and knocked in 20 goals. The fact is he hasn't played well in the last few is probably down to the fact he's grafted at least as hard as any in the team and Wigan will have been his 54th appearance this season.
