Ive a feeling it could be iur biggest away league following in years and years. How many we get? Reckon could top 4,500ish?!?
We've only sold 1400 with four working days left before the weekend. I'm guessing the box office will shut at lunchtime Saturday as well. The only way we're gonna get anywhere near 4500 is pay on the gate.
I'd have thought a lot of people might be waiting for the free coach travel to become available tomorrow before getting their tickets
I think people are waiting to see if we're the Sky game which could kill the away support if we're picked!
Maybe. Id be very disapointed with less than 3k especially with the absolute quality away followings weve had all season even in the 'darker' days
1. Not on General sale yet. 2. Most people I know were waiting on Saturday's result to see if there was anything to play for. 3. Since free travel announced, only ST holders could buy, and that would be online. Think we'll comfortably shift 3,000 Anyone who can get there should be going, if nothing else to say thankyou to the players & management for a great 2nd half to the season.
They should have been open today, while people are off work, and today should have been the deadline for cheap season tickets.
We'd sold 1058 to season ticket holders only on 28 April, with no proper update from the box office since. Plenty will have bought since then and they're not even on general sale yet. I think we'll come close to selling whatever Wigan give us. Anything less would be a poor effort given the importance of the game and relatively short distance to travel.
It's only one per season ticket holder,so I'm waiting until tomorrow cos' I want two maybe some more are doing the same
If we can't sell out for such a massive game then we have no hope of getting the day trippers and local plastic Utd/City/Liverpool/Chelsea fans on board.
So we've sold 700 since Saturday. I think that gives an indication of the appetite. We'll definitely be on for 3 - 3.5k at least.
