Maybe it adds to their anticipation. Or like me because they think weirdly that it is lucky and you get to go for a pie and a pint after
Or maybe like my dad they have a phobia of giving credit card details online whenever he needs something either me or my sister get it for him and get a cheque back for our troubles. Also anyone wanting to pay cash for any other reason has to go to the box office
They're probably like me...system won't let me buy..club are fixing the problem out and will be ringing me sometime in the next three days when it's sorted...and I suppose when our regular seats have gone to some t**t who is attending for the first time this year...bitter and twisted I know!!
Agreed. Also customer service is a dying breed these days with so much done online in the hope that the technology will work, not crash, not freeze, not put you in a queue, take the right amount of cash etc. Where possible it's just a nice touch to complete an happy transaction face to face.
I was able to book mine online but no way to book second ticket so had to go down to box office. Club knows of the problem and trying to rectify it. All the staff were working their socks off and all were very pleasant. Just for the record like.
