I actually thought we'd stand a better chance against Millwall than against Bradford in a final, but having watched that, not so sure. Won't be an enjoyable 'day out', I know that much!
I'll be surprised if South Yorkshire Police let us go. If they require 50 yards to segregate us from 2,500 Walsall supporters, they'll insist on a couple of hundred miles to keep us away from 40,000 Millwall mesters. We'll all have to spend the day in Leeds.
I shouldn't worry. We won't be able to get there anyway given the fact that the M1, east coast mainline and midland mainline will all be chocka block with the 7.24 billion Wednesday fans making their journey. The whole infrastructure will need an extensive and time consuming refurb such will be the volume of traffic. In fact, they'll take our allocation as they'll need three months to filter in/out of the ground. We'll just have to stay in Yorkshire and watch it on telly.
FFS, how unlucky are we. If we make it through, then of our last 3 trips to Wembley, 2 of them will have been against Cardiff and ******* Millwall. Jesus Christ. Hoping for a BIG Bradford turnaround.
I don't believe in tempting fate or in superstition, on the balance of probabilities, I stand by my statement.
Their success this season has largely been based around Hanson who is out....don't know if he'll be back for the second leg.
