Plymouth Argyll given 35000 in initial allocation. Should we make it, I'm guessing we'll get the same. Start pushing now......
2 things 1.- we arent there yet - know we are favourites but I remember AC Milan being 3-0 up in a European cup final at half time .... and losing 2.- If we do make it we wont sell 35000 seats so no need to panic at all
He never said they was a panic though really just we would have a short space of time to sell our tickets. And I'd hope we would sell more than 23k we did at jpt final hopefully between 25 and 30
If was admin I'd immediately delete every Wembley thread, bar people for life, cancel their season tickets and extradite them to another country Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So many people tempting fate with knobs on. If I booked train tickets and hotel rooms like some are, it would definitely go pear shaped. I'm thinking of putting £30 on Walsall to qualify at 10/1 just to make sure. There's no way I'm going to win the cost of a season pass for next season.
Never mind AC Milan, I saw us chuck 3 goals away in the last 10 minutes against Ipswich 20 years ago. We're due one then.
Yes so did I - I also saw us ship 3 goals in the first 10 minutes ( and then win 4-3) around 30 years ago I was just picking the half time analogy thingy
To be fair to Mr exiled, he said 'Should we make it'. That doesn't sound like counting chickens to me. He seems perfectly aware that it's not nailed, that we might not do it, he's just discussing what will happen if we do.
Makes sense to book now. They're cheaper. You can always cancel em. It's not thinking we've won (because trust me, it's BFC, owt could happen) it's just common sense. In my opinion.
I reckon considering things like the reputation of Millwall fans who we look to have to play, it being a bank holiday weekend so people might have pre booked holidays, the cost when we've already played there very recently, the short notice on tickets to sell etc that if we take the same amount as in the JPT that would be very good.
If wednesday get the right result tonight it wont really matter as they will sell out the stadium for all 3 playoff finals
Millwall if make it will fill it as it's less than an hour from home. Plus I suspect there will plenty around who've not been to a game for many reasons wanting a day out
If Wednesday get through the other play offs are going to be cancelled, and Wednesday will play Hull morning, afternoon and evening for 10 successive days, each with an 80000 crowd. This is the only way that all their 2.4million fans could be guaranteed a seat for the match.
