    I disagree. Guardiola would make him an all round outstanding defender & work on his attributes.

    Mourinho wants his centre backs to only be able to defend. He has no interest in them been any good on the ball as his full backs don't push on & he often plays with 2 holding midfielders. You only have to look at David Luiz to see what he does with footballing centre backs

    David Luiz was always an awful defender, Mourinho will get Stones defending properly, he'll always have the natural ability to play football. Look at what he did with Joe Cole, different positions but similar circumstance, instilled more responsibility on him while not completely taking away his natural game. Went from being a show pony to someone who won many, many titles and cups.

    You dont think he's awful? WOW big statement.

    Gary Neville summed it up perfectly when he said he's like a player on Fifa being controlled by a 12 year old.

    The £50m Chelsea got for him was the best bit of business I think I've ever seen, how they got over £15m is beyond me.
