The way they are doing things is potentially losing supporters. Wembley won't open the upper tier yet, even though a lot of people are waiting for that view and Ticketmaster are turning away bulk purchasers because there isn't enough of the £30 and £40 category seats to sit together. Unless you know the score about the upper tier, people are going away thinking all the cheap seats have gone and they can't afford to go. Social media is full of these stories.
