... anyone think they're coming out of London to unsettle our players?

I actually can't see LJ wanting to upset the applecart at this stage.

They could be originating in Bristol, to engineer a defeat by distracting our players. Then we would stay in League 1, and our players may be more available for transfer.

In other news, we never landed on the moon, it was all filmed in an old lead mine on the hills above Swaledale.

These rumours have been doing the rounds since our last trip to Wembley.

I think two or three players were lined up to join LJ at Brizzle, but our form since then has been so good they're now capturing the eyes of a whole host of Championship teams.

I don't get all this about our players going to join Bristol..... Yes they have our ex manager which may or not appeal to a few of our players but as a career progression it's a waste of time.... Be back in league 1 in a year!

Why any of our players would want to join "LJ" is an absolute mystery to me.

Where do you get to that assumption though?

They did fairly ok for the last three months of the season, will spend pretty big (I imagine), will offer long term contracts on significant wages, and will fancy themselves to comfortably finish above three teams next season.

I get the lack of faith in LJ to turn out to be a good manager, but no way should Brizzle be getting relegated. He was well liked by the majority of players if you believe what you read/here.

This is the guy who had us bottom of the league after 20 games with one of the biggest budgets and best squads in the league. Id say we're a bigger fish in our league than they are in theirs so no amount of money will guarantee them anything.

Recent history shows they are a decent league 1 team that don't cut it in the championship.... They've spent money in the past and still struggled so I don't see it changing. The fact that there are bigger clubs with a better chance of a play off spot or better that will be interested in the same players leads me to believe Bristol will be lucky to get any of them.
