It was quite funny walking past them all, quiet as a mouse in their queuing pens, waiting for access to the platform for a London bound train. I was heading west, for Princes Risborough, and walked straight through, unlike the Oxford match when there were hundreds of them ahead of me.

What a contrast to the racket they were making before and during the match. Reality had sunk in. They'd been soundly beaten by a team of northern monkeys. Not fair, is it? :D

PS Wish I had taken a picture of them but having seen what happened in the top tier I didn't see any point in provoking them. They all saw my red shirt and it seemed like a discreet walk by was the best option.

Was that at Wembley Stadium station? I went via that route too and was astonished when the Millwall fans were let onto the opposite platform and started applauding the Barnsley fans on the other side. A great gesture from those involved and a reminder that not all of their supporters act like the ones in the top tier.

I got to walk straight through the queue too as there was no one there at the time. Queue A was massive heading to Marylebone, so was glad I wasn't part of that.

I was with my sister on the Platform too and was impressed by the sportsmanship by the applause for Millwall fans on the London-bound side. At least they are not all hooligans.

I hope it was the most miserable day of their lives. Every single one of them.

I went North to Bicester on the fast train about 6:15. There were a few Millwall goons on the opposite platform singing about how much they loved Leeds. Very odd.
    Provocative obviously.
Good things happen to good people they say. So Millwall are likely to win f**k all. Ever. Hopefully.

Yes but not sure of the time. Probably about 6 ish but there was a western bound train about to depart and we foolishly jumped on it without checking it was going to Risborough. It wasn't but luckily I heard the "next station stop is Haddenham" announcement just as the doors were closing at Wycombe. Thankfully the doors opened again and we had a ten minutes or so wait for the right train so all worked out in the end.

I would have liked to have seen that display on the opposite platform though!

I can't knock Millwall fans. I talked to some on the train from High Wycombe and a few others shook my hand before the game and said good luck! Out of 30000 a tiny minority caused trouble but most are decent folk and just want to watch a game of football. You can see on their forum that most are pissed off with the handful that spoil it. I know a local Millwall fan that said the big occasions attract non fans from West Ham and the like that just fancy a bust up. Credit to the 29,900 of their fans that didn't cause any trouble. I came up the steps at the Millwall end and walked round to block C. It was only when I got to the steps further round that to see we were coming up one side and they were on the other (with coppers and stewards keeping us apart) that I realised I'd made a mistake. I had to show my ticket to a steward to prove I wasn't one of them trying to get at our lot before he let me through. I walked past hundreds of Millwall fans and nobody gave me a hard time (mind you I am eighteen feet tall and green)

Unlike the ones near Wembley Park tube then who started kicking off. If you've seen the video footage we were just to the side of the big guy who got taken down by 4 coppers.
It wasn't a pleasent experience - thank goodness we were getting a train away from London

Have to say we had no problems..we walked from the main car park areas up past the Watkins Folly to a cafe a couple of hundred yards away.....we passed loads of Millwall fans who didn't give us any hassle at all.

It did get nasty at times up there. On our way from The Torch to Watkin's Folly, we were behind a large group that had come out of Wembley Park. The first thing they did was throw a bottle at a Barnsley car in slow moving traffic and they were in the faces of everyone they went past goading. They also turned to have a go at those stood outside of Blue Check, once they were safely past. None of the Millwall lot I saw, seemed to want to have a go at any large groups of Barnsley fans.
