Looks like they have all been told to write a few words .......... Ashley, Izzy and Josh all with similar goodbyes. I feel a bit down. But end of an era (a special one), start of another I guess.
Most of em probably going off on hols now and will wait to see what offers they get made by the time they come back. Think it will be a couple of weeks yet before stuff really starts to move.
Toney too. I liked it a lot not often do you get that much of a heartfelt goodbye even from players that have been at the club for a few years never mind loanees! Shows how lucky we were with players this year.
I think Fletcher & Isgrove will both have intentions of playing for Man Utd & Southampton next season so I can understand them saying goodbye's. I don't think either will feature & will both be loaned out again or sold but as a player you've got to back yourself so fair enough. Hopefully we'll be front of the queue if Mourinho & Koeman don't want to use them. I can't see Toney coming back. I imagine he'll be 3rd or 4th choice striker for Newcastle next season so can understand his. The only one I'm worried about is Brownhill because his contract is up but that says to me he's definitely not coming back. Bit gutted really, I think he's an under rated player & whoever gets him have got a terrific player

If the lads are moving on, then (although disappointed with the news) I wish them all the best with their careers and thank them for their contributions in making this one of the best ever seasons for me as a Barnsley fan.
