Is changing under their new manager

No longer are they going to recruit journeymen looking for a last pay day.

They are looking to recruit the best players in div 1 and 2, supplementing with loans from premier clubs and backing up with home grown talent from the acadamy. They will look for players with a certain work ethic who want to play for the club. They will not be spending huge sums on big name players.

    Wow....sounds very familiar

That would follow getting the budget manager in. Perhaps they've finally learnt a bit of something league 1

Where have I heard that before?!

To be fair to them it's taken us just 2 seasons to get out of League 1 using that policy. It's taken them 6 years to realise that their policy didn't work!

ahah just seen that on Twitter, seems they haven't quite grasp this transfer concept.

They may get promoted but will lumbered with a load of players not good enough for championship

I listened to their manager yesterday on Radio De-Dar, what a charmer he sounds. It will be great listening next season to dem blunts on football-heaven pulling on of their own to pieces.

Id be interested to know that if on Dec 1st 2016 they are bottom after 9 successive defeats whether they will keep faith with the policy and manager or whether they will look to change the policy.

They don't sack managers when they are at the bottom, they just have to be out of the top 6 to qualify. It's the top premier league club mentality when they don't get a champions league spot,

Didnt they sack Wilson when they were 3rd or something bizarre along those lines?

Not liking their new policy because they are likely after similar kind of players to us now. Lets hope if we both go for the same players that higher league football means more to them than alot more money.

I'm not sure they will be looking for the same kind of player as us http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36434544
