    Nardiello's at Huddersfield?

    playoff second leg 2008.

Ronnie Glavin at Leeds, unfortunately not recorded on film/video. Won the ball in our box after a corner, beat a few white shirts, played a 1-2 on the halfway line with David Johnson and rounded the keeper. Sublime.

Ronnie's winner at Hillsborough after coming on as sub in 1983. My mate reckons it's the only time he's had an orgasm at a football match.

Can I add Derek Bell 1979. Prod under the keeper to seal a 2-1 win against Grimsby and promotion. In front of 21000. Biggest gate I'd ever seen at Oakwell by a big big margin at the time.

Neil Thompson screamer can't remember who against but I think it was our 4th goal in the game, East Stand side.

Well to be fair if l can't remember who it is against then it's not that iconic.

Good selection, the number of years of misery we were escaping, that is worthy!

I scored one like that once. What I was doing over there, lord knows. No goal nets at my school, we lost the ball. :D

Now them were the days when misery truly was misery! Early to mid seventies! Crikey! Good job there wasn't a BBS back then!

That's what I'd meant to say, but the quote thing doesn't work properly in Safari, was referring to the Derek Bell tap in vs Grimsby..

Either the third against Stoke which was our fifth win on the bounce at the start of the season, or he did score the third or fourth against Charlton when we were closing in on promotion. Both of them were sweet.

I was going to put Mal Shotton, a diving header goal away that nearly broke the net. Thought it was Maine Road, was it Sunderland?

The first goal I ever raved about was Paul Futcher scoring from well outside the area in about 1988. Anyone remember the game? I was about 9 and the goal was ten yards further out every time I told about it!

Surprised none of Redfearns 4 goals against Bolton in the promo year have been mentioned. Not all spectacular (2 pens), but those clashes with Bolton and the way we went toe to toe with them were iconic clashes.
