Bit of a pathetic jab really. Whitey has cried on here when anybody has said anything negative about Jacob and said it is wrong to insult a player because his family might see it but as soon as it's not his family invoked he's happy to abuse Reece Wabara, not just publicly but directly at him. #hypocritical

For choosing to jump ship. Although i actually thought he was pretty **** for us so he probably did us a favour tbh.

 

I thought he was average for us. Better than a lot of full backs eve had (Kennedy and Wiseman for example) but not as good as some of the others (hassell, Bree, Colgate, Williams) and we certainly didn't miss him. In fairness to Wabara though we have no idea what new contract we offered him or for how long, on what wages etc so it's a bit harsh to say he jumped ship. Footballers come and go, it's very rare I wish I'll on anyone for leaving us. It's not like we show loyalty to them when they start being ****

It might have been funny to Whitey and you but it's a bit abusive isn't it? Tweeting a man and telling him he's just lost his job because he isn't good enough at what he does for a living

 

I thought it was funny. You didn't. I ain't going to be drawn into an argument over a couple of comments by someone else

As for Jacob, people are free to abuse him if they so wish. He gets his fair share on twitter I'm sure. I don't look myself. And you're taking the piss if you think I 'cry' when anyone on here says anything negative about him. Granted, I wouldn't particularly enjoy reading personal abuse aimed at him. But were someone to suggest he's L1 standard, I think I'd cope, pal.

You were quick to have a pop regards Jacob last summer. You suggested he and his family should be ashamed of his behaviour, because he had the temerity not to retreat 10 yards at a corner. That literally happened. Knowing full well that this is a forum for Barnsley fans and that I, a Barnsley fan happen to be part of his family in a roundabout fashion, you knew exactly what you were doing, as you often do with some of the stuff you post on here. Looking for a reaction. Sadly, I gave you that reaction. I regret that I did.

But I don't want to discuss this matter further. I urge you to respect that.
