    From the Chronicle:

Ben Mansford has criticised pre-match comments made from the Millwall camp, as well as the policing and stewarding at Wembley Stadium after violence marred the final 15 minutes of Barnsley's Play Off Final victory.

"When you see young Barnsley fans and their families having to run away, it is hard to understand how that can have happened".

"I will try to understand , if I am provided with the information, how Millwall fans were allowed to breach that segregation and why Police weren't up there when the mood changed after the 3-1 goal. I didn't watch a lot of the last 10 minutes of the game, because I was making some very direct comments towards people from the Football League which aren't for repeating".

"Some of the comments in the media in the run-up to the game were ill-thought out and more sensational than they needed to be. That is not to say that it was overt incitement, but it wasn't helpful."

"We were very tempted to complain to the authorities about the comments as soon as they were made, but decided to focus on the game. There's a lot more I would like to say about that, but I have to keep some counsel."

Mansford explained why the club did not make an official statement condemning the violence like Millwall did.

"I don't want our fans to think that I am not trying to understand what went on or that we in any way condone the actions of a moronic minority. We thought about making a statement but didn't want to be making comments about that when we could be celebrating a truly tremendous achievement by our football club."

Also not been mentioned (as far as I can see)

How did Millwall fans get into the ground with bottles and cans?

Why has nothing been said about Adam Hammill being pelted with coins/ lighters when he took a corner at their end?

Conor and Josh Scowen also pointed out they had stuff chucked at them to the ref and assistant too.

Why all the concern for young fans and families running away? What about oldies like me who had to run and fell over the brown netting, closely followed by equally aged mate!

The Millwall fans still don't get it.Saying Barnsley fans started it and how they are fed up of been portrayed the bad guys all the time. I pointed out to them that no Barnsley fans ran over 100 metres or tried to get over the divide. My post was for some reason deleted.

A Millwall fan rang into Colin Murrays show on talkSPORT on monday and said they were only going on about it because it was Millwall..To which Micky Gray said..Its always Millwall....The guy then said...Nothings been said about Barnsley fans attacking a pub full of Millwall fans...The Guy sounded like a typical Cockney thug.

The more I think about this, the more I can't understand why the club isn't making a bigger deal of it.

The only thing I can think is that Ben etc. are worried that we will also get punished.

Almost a week on, and absolutely no sign of an investigation into any of the incidents.

When we got on the Tube from Bond Street, we were greeted with "You're Brave" from the men, (followed by a load of expletives), and "Have you come to see how nasty we are?" from a woman. The whole of that train carriage seemed to be a home-made-tattoed, chavvy jogging bottom-clad bunch of swearing neanderthals.

I'm sorry but I've never seen a rougher bunch of people in my life. And I sometimes shop at Asda in Parsons Cross!

The best thing about Wembley this time for me was that once we got to the Fanzone, I didn't get within 20 yards* of any of them. Absolute scummy bunch.

    * edit - apart from trying to get over to our side of the ramp. A Millwall fan deliberately tried to block my way. I had to dodge round him and grab my daughter to make sure she got through. He was right up in my face.

Been in there too, but Asda wins hands down for volume of rough people.

I took a panoramic photo before kick off. It shows all Barnsley fans in that block and sat in their seats adjacent the meshing. Millwall did not have ONE single fan in the top 10 rows, yet on all videos it looks like they have sold that area out. They had clearly moved across to get I tot he Barnsley end, they Barnsley fans were there all the time sat in their allocated seats.

Millwall fans, seem to think that celebrating your teams success deserves a charge from their firm into family section - not only is that mental, but is cowardly. I hope that, they are heavily punished for it - let them where their t-shirts and moan that "no one likes us" - they can go deeper into their south london getto, and pretend like the world is against them, and we can move on, heads held high.

I was trying to find a pre-incident photo to prove to some people on social media that there were a lot of women and kids in there originally. A lot of people were scoffing at that, as the video clips are full of adult males.
