Has he started taking corners, free kicks etc. Since breaking his malar bone last season.

Thought Kane was poor tonight and should have been replaced by Vardy.

Lots to be impressed with overall but very wasteful in squandering chances and opportunities, not least Sterling.

They need to play a bit more like Barnsley .

Weird game. If we had got the goal earlier think we would have gone on and won easily, but they held on for so long and then when we finally got our goal we tried to protect it rather than trying to hit them on the break still. Hopefully we can smash the Welsh on thurs.

I wouldn't replace Kane with Vardy, but I'd certainly give them a go together in a 4-4-2 formation.

    I like Kane

very much, but last night he was poor, should have replaced him with Vardy at half-time. We would have won 2 or 3 nil, Russia had no pace and would have been ripped to bits.

Also James Milner?????? Why??????? Shouldn't be there in place of Drinkwater for a start, and I would play Ross Barkley ahead of Milner every time.

Sterling - great on the ball, all the tricks etc but has the lad got sawdust between his ears? His decision making is shockingly bad.

On the plus side, the two fullbacks were excellent throughout as were Dyer and Alli.

Great on the ball? He has been a very poor player for a long time now. Without his pace he'd struggle in a league 2 side
