Peterborough agreed personal terms with Moncur

If he goes there he has no ambition. Let's face it, have Peterborough spent more than half a dozen years in the second tier.

 

Location will be a big factor.

 

What that says to me is.. from where he lives, he's gone to Peterboro first, agreed to their offer and will then av gone north to talk to us...

So i'd expect a decision after meeting the two, later today or maybe t'morra

 

Be a while longer I reckon. His agent will be touting him everywhere currently. Reckon it will be more like end of this month before it gets resolved.

 

What Barry Fry said in Peterborough Telegraph:

“We bid a little bit more than we initially wanted to because we are convinced he would be a great signing. I set the deal in motion before going to Portugal and while I was out there the deal progressed a bit further.


Also article states George is on holiday for two weeks so can't see anything being done soon if that's true.
