    WHY? I hear you all ask.... well the big clue for me is the fact that Hammill has signed a decent length contract. I may be off the mark but that's my gut feeling .

    I'm really quite shocked that this hasn't been dealt with.
    Hecky is going to be here for the long term, we are all certain thats its just a formality, but the club seem to be dragging their arses a bit.

    unless.... we have all missed the announcement around a month ago!!

    Unless the club don't need to make an announcement. He's employed by the club, he's taking training, he's involved with recruitment, he's sat in the manager's office in the manager's chair. I don't get the big fuss about a formal announcement?

    After listening to the radio interview with Ben Mansford posted on here earlier, it sounds like it is. There's appears to be the odd minor issue to sort out, that's all.

    Also heard BM on the way home today saying that most players we have spoken to the first question was if we had retained Adam.

    Hopefully this does work for us and everyone now swings into action to sign for us :)
