I love tomato sausages. A big fan of apple and leek too. And Lincolnshire sausages, especially the thin chipolata-stylee ones. Cold sausages are one of my favourite snacks. In fact, I am quite a sausage fan. Added to the fact that one of my favourite pastimes is hide the sausage......

Straight forward pork, decent fat content to keep it moist, not much seasoning or herbs. Used to get some beauties from a butchers in Harden near Bingley!

How can you tell if someone is vegetarian?

Don't worry about it, they'll definitely tell you.

German for variety but also Italian sausages... Wild boar and local reared pork all excellent. 100% pork no gristle bone or cereal added. Wife loves tomato sausages which traditionally are made with beef in UK but you can't get here. I therefore take pork suasages out of the skins, add loads of tomato puree and make into patties. Not quite the same but in a homemade bap they keep my wife happy. Nothing like a good sausage to keep the wife happy!!!
