Let the rioting begin, then we can concentrate on the football... That Rakitic is a reight player, int he? http://uk.businessinsider.com/green-eu-referendum-not-legally-binding-brexit-2016-6
we are a major player in europe,we are one of the biggest economies,i wouldn't be surprised if in the event of a vote to leave that the government just stalled for time and did everything in its power to keep us in,especially if there is only a few points difference in the vote count.I do not trust this government one bit and neither do i trust the bankers and multi nationals that run the whole eu project for their own ends.
The other aspect is apparently that if we vote to remain....the concessions he negotiated....(if they actually exist) have to be passed by the EU...mmmm let me think
Yeah. We had a brief discussion on this last week. Although it was in that Hugh thread with everyone in and out. But it will be political suicide if they didn't act on what the public voted (if they voted out) and civil unrest almost certainly follow.
Yes. Final decision in this scenario, would be a Parliamentary vote, which will certainly go remain. But first someone will have to wrestle the result away from the great British public, who are clearly under the impression it is their choice alone and are unaware they are merely consultants in someone else's decision. Cameron would have to fall on his sword and have it spun into some kind of credible legacy.
Germans already shat on that eventuality. http://www.theguardian.com/politics...ss-for-uk-after-brexit-wolfgang-schauble-says My original post was that it is possible if not likely, that the public referendum will count for naff all. And it is merely testing the water of public opinion. Even though I'm in the remain camp, it could add up to a enormous and dispicable hoodwinking of the people. Not to mention, the baiting of such vulgar and unnecessary unrest and mistrust on both sides.
