    Or how voting to remain can....as you say it's more investment needed ....why should Remain stop the Tories....it hasn't stopped them yet.

    Fully agree. But it can hardly be used as a reason for voting out. Either way the tories will continue to dismantle it.

    The NHS is underfunded by Tory austerity- they want it to fail so it can be privatised as every other part of society in their ideology. Immigrants are net contributors and proportionately less likely to rely on the NHS as they tend towards younger demographics.
