Just watching it on ch4 +1. They must have picked the two most informed and eloquent residents they could find.

It is bad enough that they voted on the basis of the sh*te they referred to but to go on tv and spout it too is embarrassing. Exactly which Muslims has he voted to stop?

That's embarrassing obviously a small proportion have voted leave for the wrong reasons. Same as the people who voTed remain because David Beckham and James cordon told them to.

I truly believe and not just because I'm remain that it's a rather larger number than you suspect. Many of the reasons I've heard, and not just the lazy racism tag are caused by our own government not the EU. A failing of the remain campaign was to highlight this, but then Cameron and his cronies wouldn't would they.

So they have voted on something they have absolutely no idea about? Is that good? I have no problem with democracy, no one should, but when a campaign has been run on a number of mistruths then I take great offence.
They were referring to something which is completely untrue. Like the £350m going to the nhs, turkey joining the eu any time soon, a European army......We cannot send anyone 'back' as they think we can.
I don't pretend to be an expert on the EU but i know this referendum will have a massive impact on my job, my wife's job and most importantly on my child. Democracy is good if decisions are based on facts but I simply cannot see the decision to leave as being a good decision. I hope I am wrong.

I think the reason alot of people have voted out aswell is because previous governments have failed to get to grips with immigration. Both tory and labour, immigration can be a good thing if controlled and I'm far from a rasict (if you met me you would realise I am no rasict). I don't know if leaving will be good in the long run I would like a genreal election to happen soon though as I don't fancy Boris negotiating the leave agreement and if farage (Enoch in disguise) gets a foothold it will be a sad day for Briton.

Right there you've summed up everything that's wrong in the leave campaign. You probably aren't a racist, but you've just said "I don't know if leaving will be good in the long run" and that " you don't fancy Boris negotiating the leave" and that "Farage gets a foothold it will be a sad day for Briton"

What do you think is going to happen now?

No government can control all immigration. There may be a drop in non-skilled Europeans by leaving but moving the British border from Calais to Dover will just result in more illegal immigration?

And already Leave are backtracking on their rhetoric about taking back control of immigration. Daniel Hannan has pretty much told voters who swallowed all that guff that they're going to be disappointed. A pox on all their houses.

Saying all that stood on new paving that the EU paid for. Lets see how much brass Boris and Gove send north.
