    All this Brexit nonsense requires, under the Scotland Act, consent of the Scottish Parliament. Now the Scottish Parliament has a duty to adhere to the will of the Scottish People - who voted 2/1 to remain. Hmmm, keep your powder dry, Nicola.

    (The Welsh Assembly and the Northern Irish Assembly must also give their consent under their legislation. - Could be an interesting few months.)

    Now that the Leave Lies are being exposed at a rate of knots and those who voted without knowing what the EU even is (doh!) maybe wishing they could change their minds, it's going to be fun and games indeed.

    I can see a lot of sweeteners coming up to ratify it.

    Get rid of Trident - Cornwall are moaning already that they'll lose EU money - they can have it.
    Berwick back to Scotland
    Get some gold - if there's any left in the UK

    Then go independent anyway - ha

    I suspect the basis that Sturgeon will go to the EU on is that by will of the Scottish people say to remain in the EU and she has no intention of agreeing to any legislation that goes against the will of her people. I'm pretty certain she has a legal basis for this.
