http://news.sky.com/story/1717877/seven-hurt-as-m-and-ds-rollercoaster-derails Not surprised to be honest, it's an awful place.
Young children seriously injured (possible fatalities) in a shocking accident and you make a comment like that? Have a word with yourself Ian
I honestly did not know the seriousness of the situation and I here and now apologise. I'm someone who likes a laugh and would not have made a joke out of it had o known. Hope no one has lost their life in this accident. I really can't say much more I'm afraid.
Don't worry Ian we all know that you're not a ****. Apart from being Scottish, I don't think anybody will be too offended by a comment made without knowing the details. I probably should have worded my reply to you differently anyway
In fact I'll tell you what offends me more. It's that sky news have an audio stream on that page with a witness telling what happened. Nothing wrong with that except the background image that they chose to use is that of a small child Beng pulled from the wreckage. There are several much more sanitised images that show the seriousness of the accident without resorting to showing a limp child being pulled out of a crashed rollercoaster. Now THAT offends me that some soul less journalist is so intent on using shock to get the readers that hey would resort to such tactics.
Don't worry - I also was going to post something similar regarding the EU referendum until I saw the later posts The headline of the thread sort of asks for such comments - that's until you find out the incident was serious
You must be relieved to be missing out on trips to Hamilton and Motherwell next season! Just need to get you over to Gladbach now
Are Dumbarton still at the ground next to the castle? It was one of my favourite stadiums for the view alone.
If that is the ground with only 1 stand then yes. I've never been there. It was boghead last time I visited Dumbarton but that ground was in a housing estate.
