    I love live music, gigs, festivals etc and have done plenty.

    However, I saw the chaos of folk trying to get in and the police advising people that they'll probably be towed out and I think- was I there- I'd spoil the experience for myself by worrying and fretting about getting out and getting home.

    The prospect of getting out of Leeds festival in years gone by was enough for me to worry all weekend so to have to faff about down there would do my head in.

    That and being absolutely scruffy to my core even before the music starts on the Friday means I just watch the highlights on TV then go to Kendal Calling.

    Still never shake the feeling I'm missing out on one hell of an experience mind.

    Events like Glastonbury have never appealed to me and I don't see how/why they appeal to others, but each to their own.

    Saying that, I think in my 28 years on this planet I've been to about 4 gigs.

    I'm offended by how much of our licence fee the BBC spend on it. Wall to wall feckin coverage -yaaawn.
