Acc. to Hecky and Cryne our players are too valuable to us to lose so are going nowhere. Those involved have been told. Hope that remains true.
it's obviously what the fans want to hear, but it always feels like a bit of a pointless comment tbh. we all know if the right bid came in for any of our players, they'd accept it. nice to hear though..
I dont mind them going if we get offers we cant refuse for them - hopefully this statement is to ward off those who think its business as usual and we will sell for anything we can get. Lets have a bit of fun Winnall we will sell for 3 Million Mawson and Hourihane £5million Roberts and Davies £4Million Bree £ 2.5 Million if we got that for any of those players I wouldnt blame the club for selling
To be fair, it says "we will sell" for those prices which we would so it's not wrong. Our players aren't worth those prices though. Although if Ighalo is getting bids rejected for 37 million and Deeney 25 million who knows?
I didnt say its what the players were worth if we wanted to sell -- values are what someone would pay. I said that if the club sells for those valuations I wouldnt criticise them for it
Bree £3m ?? Really ?? Worth more than Hourihane , Winnall and Davies he's done nothing to warrant that where as the others players have ! Your a mug for making that Valuation DT !!
Bree's potential far outweighs Hourihane. The top, top clubs will be looking at Bree, hes quite a well known talented youngster and the fact he's following in Stones/Holgates footsteps will notch it up a little, people will want 'the next stones' even if we know they arnt really alike. Well I must confess I have a different angle. I think Hourihane and Winnall are over-rated. Mawson and Roberts aren't. Similarly, Davies is under-rated. In essence, for me, the spine of the defence is good. Hamill is worth his shirt too at Championship level - He was a good retention. Winnall misses too many chances and he will get found out at this level (unless of course he improves). Similarly, Hourihane will get found out in my opinion. He will not be mobile enough at Championship for me and his distribution will be inconsistent. If there was a £2M bid for Hourihane I'd take it
Your a brave man. So many people on this board who's only hanging out Hourihanes arse by their toenails. However, personally I think both CH and SW will be fine, its Hammill I cant see doing anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Which one of the two excellent points I make do you take a problem with? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Can't help thinking Farnham started a game here and made the mistake of not putting the rules in big print or a really, really simplistic form, given some of the replies
