    I don't think I've ever seen 1 argument that has implemented Cavendish with drugs. I could be wrong like.

    I like Cavendish and cycling, but if you put a gun to my head and said I had to bet everything I own on whether he's ever taken a banned substance I think on the balance of probabilities I'd go with yes.

    Plus theres that missed drugs test which PROBABLY was perfectly innocent but the doubt is always there.

    Was busy working with the BBC apparently. Yet another example of sportsmen (and women) putting their bank balance and media presence ahead of their commitments to their sport

    I'm not attacking him. If anything I'm just saying that it's a sad reflection on the recent history of cycling that if I had to bet on whether he was clean or not, I'd probably have to bet on not.

    It's a massive achievement and I hope he catches Hinault.
