This team would beat Iceland, Russia and give Wales a game.

    Manager - Sean Dyche
    Assistant Manager - Hecky

    ---------------Butland-------------
    Simpson-Stones-Shawcross-Cresswell
    Albrighton-Noble-Drinkwater-Hammill
    ------------Gray-Vardy--------------

    BFC tactics -

    Shawcross wins everything.
    Stonesy the rolls royce.
Fullbacks aren't failed wingers. They're defenders first. Capable of going forward when required.
Centre mids have discipline. Don't mind playing a deeper role and have great engines. Both capable popping up with a goal.
Albrighton - Sets the tempo. Familiar with the press, press, press tactic. Great engine. Capable of driving the team 30 yards up the field.
Hammill - Just doing his thing.
Vardy - Press, pace, in behind, poach. He's got the lot.
Gray - Goals, goals, goals. Great pace and touch. If required Andy Carroll will replace to give something different up top.

    Noble captain.
    Noble on pens.
    Hammill and Albrighton on corners.
    Hammill and Drinkwater on freekicks.

    Job done.

next manager has got to stop picking players on reputation, net worth etc, go for the ones that actually care and are in form and there will be a massive upturn.
Not saying he should get the job, but with somebody like Sam Allardyce you would at least get that because he at least 'gets it'

Shawcross should have been in the squad before both Cahill and Stones. He had a good season. Cahill had a decent second half whilst Stones didn't really turn up throughout so no way he should have been left out.

Noble or Drinkwater should have been in the squad instead of Wilshere. **** knows how he ever got called up. And that decision showed to backfire as he was absolutely **** when he played.

Not sure how you can say no to any of them when Robson-Kanu just scored that goal to put Wales in the semi finals.

    No it wouldn't
No matter what team was put out for England that team would lose
Why? Because there is a serious mental problem when players pull on that shirt
Until that problem is sorted out England will struggle
I have always said that England has always had the players to win every European and World Cup since 1966
You only have to look at the level of skill of teams like Iceland and Wales - only Bale would get into the England team

The problem isn't the shirt. The shirt is a piece of material dyed and stitched together by young kids in China just like the short of other countries is.

The problem is that the players are too privileged and too far detached from reality and too insular that when they put on the England hurt it means **** all to them other than a way to increase their own value. That's why we fail

Ramsey would walk into England's team.

It's not a mental problem it's a football problem. Picking out of form players and putting square pegs in round holes. Bad management.

What's that got to do with anything?

Robson Kanu has been picked in the squad on his ability to complete a certain role well.

England just pick names. That's why Jack Wilshire ended up in the squad.

    Sorry but that's nonsense.

Ramsey's a better midfielder than Rooney & Alli.

Williams would be our best centre back & he'd be captain or at least should be as we don't have a leader.

Odejayi was picked in the squad on his ability to complete a certain role. Doesn't mean he was good enough to play at the top level consistently.

What on earth are you talking about.

We're talking about international tournament football here and you keep mentioning Odejayi.

You're not proving any point at all.

    Just saying random names.

All the players I've mentioned are proven Premier League and Championship players and you're comparing them to Odejayi.

And you are seriously suggesting Noble, Simpson, Gray, etc. are good enough to play international football.

    Absolutely f*cking ridiculous.

Well Robson-Kanu, Sam Vokes, James Chester, Joe Ledley, Joe Allenn and Chris Gunter are.

Danny Simpson just won a Premier League title and Mark Noble has been preforming well in the Premier League for years.

Wilshire, Henderson, Dier, Bertrand and a few others can't claim any of that.

I really don't see what you're arguing against when we've flopped massively whilst Wales are in the Semi Final.

They don't play for fashionable famous clubs who are always on sky sports and ****ed over by pundits who are directed to do so in order to maintain the TV ratings by falsely inflating the ability of certain players and teams to trick the casual viewer into thinking they are seeing something special and worth paying for

I'm not sure Andy Gray is good enough now he's in his early 40s other than that I don't disagree.

****ing jesus, we win a few games in the third tier and all of a sudden Heckingbottom and Hammill are the answer to Englands problems.
