Third bid made for Tom Bradshaw, according to various twitter accounts. Nixon also says we're back in for Curtis Nelson, at Plymouth.
I don't understand this bidding lark you enquire find out how much they want.if you can get near it you bid for him,if you can,t you don,t bother and find another target.
I think it's more to do with him been out of contract soon pal, us trying to force their hand and them get something for him rather than lose him for next to nothing.
If we really want him, I would be surprised if we don't get Curtis Nelson. He is out of contract now and the only issues will be compensation to Plymouth, which would go to tribunal, and his wages. would have thought that we would get there in the end, but it depends how much we really want him.
Maybe we're trying to string it out until we get our windfall from Stones. Dangerous game to play, we did it last season and failed. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Our budget is already greater than last year so I don't think this is an issue. I do suspect we're trying to get perceived value for money, rather than being ripped off.
Nelson Kent Bradshaw Would be good additions. Maybe another central midfielder and back up keeper and we just about have our squad.
We are way way off having our squad. We need to get some good loans in also.keeper, Full backs, CMs,Wingers & at least 1 other striker. After starting XI we are very thin on ground
Don't think your wishes will come true Monk. We've got cover at GK, RB, LB think we'll be looking to strengthen at CB, CM, Wing and up front hence the "4 more signings" Hecky was stating last week.
Nelson is confirmed as signed for Oxford so we can write that one off. Bradshaw would be a good signing I think, despite the poor version of him we saw limping around the pitch in the playoffs. Difficult to judge if he's value for money without watching him every week.
I think 20+ goals, two seasons on the trot answers that question. Especially when they're all types of goals, and he's not a one trick pony. Best all round striker we've had since David Kelly, and we sold him for £600,000 in............1988. Up your bids, if you're serious about signing him.
