Obviously I'm against Trident so your reasoning is totally lost on me.
There's more to life than spending tax money on futile weaponry whilst refusing life saving medicine to our citizens.
I can imagine Putin shitting himself over our deterrent, not
There's only one nation in my opinion that would use the nuclear weapon AGAIN.

No the ones ganging up against him ought to leave as they really are not labour supporters at heart...

I'm going to hazard a guess that if somebody fired a nuckear missile at us and we sent one back to disarm it that the blast would just be twice as big.

The idea that we have them for defence only is ********, we have nuclear weapons to fire at the opposition. And you know what? I don't think it scares other countries one little bit. It certainly hasn't stopped isis

Nuclear weapons. I know I have this plan. Let's spend loads of money on something that if we used everybody would die because someone else has them who also won't use them. Or we could improve schools, hospitals and life in general. The vast majority of countries in this big old world manage to survive without them. As you state Germany who is a bigger player on the world stage us or them. Japan again a bigger voice in some ways than us survives. It's just a myth that is perpetuated by the military industrial complex you either buy into it or you don't.

AV is an awful version of PR - although both Cons and Lab use it to select their leader - weird.

The political environment has changed since then, more people are getting pissed off by not having a voice.

MAD is not designed to stop ISIS. It is designed to show other nations with nuclear weapons that the use of that weapon would ensure their own destruction, hence the phrase Mutually Assured Destruction. In the 20th century, we had two world wars between the major world powers. Nuclear weapons have ensured that there has not been a third. The consequences of a 3rd world war are too awful to contemplate. As a result, Russia backed away during the Cuban Missile Crisis, and we have not been that close since.

Of course you cannot threaten ISIS with WMD and that is why nations have to have conventional forces as well as WMD.

Corbyn also wants to leave NATO.

So that is the EU, NATO and the nuclear club. We already sound like a tin pot nation that nobody wants to listen to, with no world influence. Corbyn is describing a country in irreversible decline, with a smaller and smaller GDP. Because of tax increases on the wealthy and maximum earnings, our talented entrepreneurs and job creators have been forced out. But never mind because the diminishing GDP is being shared more equally between the oppressed masses. It is a cracking vision of the future, if an equal society is more appealing than a prosperous one.

If that Wikipedia article has not convinced you that Corbyn is not a potential leader, then you must love the prospect of anarchy, chaos and the destruction of the United Kingdom.

So get rid of all the MP's and let the Unions take complete control, the unions have too much power, it isn't working and will continue not to work until some serious changes are made. Corbyn is there only because the unions want him there and the unions do not represent people out of work

    Theres only one issue.

If Corbyn is left off ballot paper Labour is finished.

If hes on it he'll win by a country mile.
