I think most of us expected Payne to spend the season developing with the occasional appearance from the bench. Maybe he's ready already.

Obviously Newcastle are a different kettle of fish to Weston-super-Mare but you can only beat what's in front of you.

I'd hate to speak out of turn cos it always comes back to bite you on the bum but we have a team now, including newcomers, that has forgotten how to lose.
Only friendlies, yes, but so refreshing to hear of us winning, again and again. This must be how Man Utd must have felt in their glory years recently. It becomes boring..... NOT.
