Leeds trying to sign him and ben Mansford will help secure the deal. Always good to have a defender who can't tackle.

I thought Wabara was a good player myself but we looked defensively more solid when he left whether that was coincidental or not I'm not sure.

I guess that's your opinion. He did go on to be signed by the best team in the division so must have been doing summat right.

He got in the team of season so must have done something right at Wigan. But from what I saw of him at oakwell he was okay at bombing forward down flanks but his defending didn't fill me with confidence. Bree and williams were both better defenders in that position. But thats just my opinion.

I thought he was just average for us. Certainly wasn't team of the year material but to call him piss poor is very harsh.

Definitely behind Bree & Williams for me & I'd argue even Scowen did a better job though he did play out of his skin & we were in good form

I'd agree with your opinion as he never inspired any confidence in me. I guess attacking fullbacks are less of a luxury in good teams and we were awful when he was with us

I thought he was good and so I won't call him **** just because he decided to leave us. He was our first choice right back and we wanted to keep him. He went to a side expected to do better than us, won the league for them as a first team regular and got in the team of the season for the whole league. Now a side even bigger in stature than the one that decided to release him apparently want him.

I'd say he's doing much more right than wrong.
