    So far.

Stefan Payne started to make their defence work at last

Yiadom has been involved more than the others but he has a lot to work on.

I watched last 20 minutes and I didn,t see us string 2 passes together so difficult to judge.

Doesn't look like he links up very well with Bree down that right side though.

We were good with Conor on and bad with him off.

Yiadom needs to stop taking liberties in his own area and Moncur has to put a better shift in than that.

I've not been that impressed with Yiadom, he gets involved a lot true but he makes a lot of errors too.

I wasn't impressed by him at all. I thought Bradshaw looked the best out of the new signings.

Can't say I was wowed by Yiadom. First half I thought he's not a defender, positional sense is suspect and he switches off too easily, but he looks decent going forward. Then we did put him in midfield and I thought he didn't look like a winger - lacking composure and dynamism.

Hate to say it but I was disappointed by all of the new lads. But obviously this isn't me writing them off. It was a tough run out against good opposition today and I'm sure many of them are not close to their sharpest yet. Hopefully there's plenty more in reserve.

Agreed in terms of Bradshaw looking good.

The last 20 minutes we got absolutely arse raped. You watched the worst part haha the first half and the first ten minutes of the second half was enjoyable to watch and we'll beat teams in The Championship if we play like that.

Ridiculous, give the guys a chance. Have we not learned our lesson from last year and give players New to the team and the league time to develop instead of writing them off in a friendly against a very good Everton team that are three levels above in standard than what Yiadoms used to. Be patient , be supportive, be positive and you never know where it may end up.... two Wembley trips again ??

Agree. I was quite encouraged by the first hour, when we looked well capable of making the step up - apart from the finishing. Admittedly the second goal killed it and we crumbled after that. Then again they were bringing internationals off the bench by that time.

There isn't a post in this thread where anyone has been written off. Just initial observations.

Difficult to say given Everton dominated the ball whilst he was on. A few nice touches considering he's come out of non-league, but a little lacking in finesse at other times. Snatched at one half decent chance.

Plenty of effort and willingness though which is good to see.
