    Another Gale failure. Hardly leading by example this season.

    Hmmm not sure about that. Watched a behind the scenes documentary on Yorkshire and he was a huge part of those wins. Gillespie sits back and let's him take the lead. He is very vocal and level headed, and clearly hugely respected. However, I accept that he can't continue in this season's form. I think he's struggling with the lack of regular cricket that is the interrupted reality of playing only one form of the game.

    This seasons form. Really!!! Head of the coaching cartel Pro Coach which is taking Yorkshire junior cricket back tro the dark ages when you had to have a hedge fund bank ballance for your son to achieve his potential. Darren Gough would have still been playing for Monky B under the current wonga orientated system. Trevor would have had to take him to Derby.
