Yiadom the other day and Stefan Payne today.

Those who think Hecky and Wright are good cop bad cop I can assure you that isn't the case.

Hecky is ruthless with his words and he's always to the point. Some of the things I've heard around the training ground are lethal.

I can't post what I see hear on the training ground in detail mate.

He wasn't happy with Payne though tonight. He basically said yeah I don't give a **** that he hit the bar he ****ed up on the corner and won't play regular whilst he's a liability.

It was phrased nothing like that but that was the jist haha.

Weird he's chosen to criticise Payne when Watkins was the one who spooned one over the bar from 6 yards under no pressure.

Or not criticising Kent for choosing not to bother shooting with the goal gaping on about 3 separate occasions. Or Davies for punching the ball into his own net.

Not that I think he should publicly criticise anybody like.

He hates basic defensive errors you can tell they really get under his skin.

The Davies one you could tell he'd accepted that it was just one of those things.

It's things like not concentrating, not picking up a man or standing in the wrong position that get to him.

He wasn't happy at all with the missed chances he have an all round criticism of that.

I think the public criticism in fine. He's not saying they played **** he's just highlighting basic errors we need stamping out.

i thought payne was meant to be a real find for us, but this will hardly help his confidence if hes being picked out ahead of all the others who werent up to scratch tonight.

Yeah no worries, I understand. What times and days do they train? Or is it the same every day? Think me and my mate are gonna come down one day this week just out of curiosity. Never been before.

Payne definitely made a mistake but looked very lively going forward.

Criticism seems a bit OTT to me but Hecky will know how to motivate people.

So you work 40 hours a week and are still able to watch training?

Link to the actual interview, mentions Payne around 2 minutes. He was simply responding to a question, nothing too harsh said.

This is what I mean about a large majority of this forum.

They can't handle criticism of our players.

Footballers are tough skinned. The football dressing rooms are ruthless places.

It won't knock his confidence he'll learn from it.

Do you work in town or anything? I know you said you go to the gym near there and wander down but I wondered if maybe you work nearby too

And where does your knowledge of football dressing rooms come from?

    Honestly this is ridiculous.

    What's with the interrogation?

Playing football, working with footballers, speaking to footballers, watching training, socialising with footballers, reading autobiographies, watching documentaries.

I don't understand the reason you even ask that question? It's like you're trying to catch me out or something.

11ish through the week. You can't always see much though it just depends what pitch they're using. I go down after the gym and if theyre training in view I'll watch if not I get off.
