    Tell you what. No. I actually don't need to explain myself. I'm just trying to keep things ticking along here, in an orderly manner. As a volunteer, who gets to deal with the fallout from all this stuff. You don't know the half of it. So no, I'm not posting any more. Sorry.

    Conor Hourihane has the most tackles of ANY championship player this season and the 4th most interceptions. Please tell me exactly what's missing off the ball. I'm really interested to find out what it is.

    But you won't and this will get ignored, like you stopped posting in the other thread when this was all pointed out.

    Do you not understand that someone is entitled to their opinion?

    Go ahead and argue with him as to why he's wrong.

    Our players have often been terrible. Some of them anyway. Do we have to rate them if they're crap, just because they're our players?

    Go yourself and support a different team, if you want to rate all our players without any thought as to whether they're any good or not.

    Try Barcelona.

    It's all nonsense with him pretending to be some football expert.

    Talking as if he's some expert on Jeff Hendrick. If he watches him every single time he's on tele or playing against Barnsley he won't see him 10 times a season & everyone knows you don't get a full picture of what a player does off the ball on TV as the camera's are understandably following the ball.

    In reality none of us know what Hendrick's like off the ball. It's why scouts & managers go & sit in the stand to analyse.

    He's probably watched about 20 minutes of Jeff Hendrick 'off the ball' in the last 3 years unless he's been going to watch Derby when Barnsley are away.

    Indeed they do. And it seems most people take issue with his murmerings. Though his ramblings aren't always so wild.

    Let them so disregard. Or apply their own logic to defeat his opinion.

    We all have our own Godly opinions.

    Normally I'd be 100% with you on this. But he simply doesn't respond to reasoned arguments - doesn't even acknowledge that they're there. It's a case of lighting the touchpaper, not sticking around to see the consequences and waiting a couple of days before posting exactly the same kind of thinly veiled criticism against exactly the same players (usually - I think Hourihane is a new one). I honestly don't mind it - if only because it's quite entertaining guessing which once of the scapegoats any given thread is eventually going to be about - but I can definitely see why other people get annoyed.

    He has his pet hates. And loves.

    (tbh I thought Hourihane was average at best as a complete footballer until he proved me wrong this year - I am reborn)

    Site admin seem to think it all goes deeper than mere posting, but how that works I'm not sure.

    It just seems that it'd be a poorer world if we all agreed, and thus weren't given the chance to disagree, and tell everyone why we did so.

    He has been doing the same thing on here and bbc606 since 2008 and will never change. He has his sympathisers his haters and those who find him "entertaining".

    I find it tiresome now.

    He is probably constantly viewing this thread for his own entertainment and gratification.
