Training update

Managed two 7.3 mile runs whilst in a weekend break to Bowness and last night managed an 8.4 mile run.

Plan to hopefully get a big run in this weekend.

No idea.

 

Yeah ,I would look into that if I were you ,when i have donated to others on here I have ticked a box stating do you want gift aid then my donation plus half again goes into the charities coffers.
I'd gladly revisit my donation to tick box if necessary .
