    Cancelled sky 60 a month too much wen unemployed. Are there any of these boxes to watch sport, films, box sets that u can record on. Or are they sll streamers so have to watch there and then.

    I really know nothing about this so bare with me

    You can record on them. I've only done it once by accident but you can do it with the correct addons

    I use a fire stick which was £25 from track but I think they're £35 these days. Ideal for streaming but due to space issues they wouldn't do the job for saving things really. There are about a million different boxes out there though and I'm sure some will have the required disc space or even a mini PC would work perfectly well

    Zgemma box gives you all sky and can series link etc to a portable hard drive or USB stick

    I've got one, £150 for box + £100 per year subscription. I also bought a 2tb hard drive from currys.

    Very good but You shouldn't pay any more than £160 including subscription and a £320gb harddrive which is ample

    You can always install Kodi on your laptop or tablet and then connect that via HDMI.
