go 4 3 3 ,tell hammill to stay on touchline and get ball to him as much as possible ,we are missing out on his crossing and attacking skills by his constant back tracking, play marley on right to drop back and cover midfield /defence, helping yiadom out, no one better at holding up the ball on wing, a few step overs and a cross give midfield and forwards chance to get in box adams being wasted, its shown we cant do our headless chicken routine anymore ,now teams aware of it, they will just make us look daft chasing shadows
I don't think it's tactics thats problem at minute, its injuries. Hourihane, White and now Scowen suspended. We're missing our game changing players. Kpekawa isn't the most influential player. He needs to develop and find his purpose in the team. Our midfield is depleted. And Hecky needs to think long and hard about a settled strike partnership
but what is our attacking strategy, how do we get players forward, it seems to me its score 1st, then score on the break as other teams have to come forward,or its set pieces, long throw , corner .we don't have a big lad to hold ball up, hammill holds it up better than most as long as he knows, he as to put ball in ,if we commit ,if winnall Watkins miss out, midfield pick up 2nd ball or maybe a corner comes from it Fulham had one tactic, move it right to left all game ,the left back had a hand in every goal getting forward
For one thing, I'd hate to be Hecky right now. The fact that we have no midfield makes me dread tomorrows match. Itll be a miracle if we get something out of it. If it were up to me I'd go 4-2-4. Regular defence with Hammill and Morsy in midfield. Marley, Bradshaw, Armstrong and Kent up front. Glad I aint a manager
yes ,we looked like we had plenty of players in squad, now it is looking like we not enough, good luck Hecky
yes ,another setback, when we need a point at least to steady the ship, be ok ,when hecky reads this and goes 4 3 3
I'll back Hecky to get it right and certainly before any self proclaimed experts on social media sites.
Ryan Kent has to be far ahead of Hammill in the pecking order now. Hammill needs dropping its as simple as that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't think ryan Kents recent performances have put him ahead of anyone in the pecking order. At least with hammill you know he can create or score a goal out of nothing. Kent has been terrible exept odd half decent performance. I'd like to see bree back at right back but I bet he doesn't fancy it with Ryan kent supposedly helping him out.
Youve got to be kidding? He's the only one whos looked like doing anything in our last two games. Hammill doesnt have the pace anymore, he was piss poor for the last couple of months last season but people just remember the wembley goals and it glosses over it. He's not the player he was a few years ago. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hammill is having to spend half the game holding Cole's hand so he isn't able to do his own thing as much. The injury to White has almost made us be without him and Hammill.
He doesnt do a very good job at it does he, 3 or 4 times on saturday hammill lost the ball and just pointed as his man left him for dead for Cole to deal with. Its also worth pointing out that Kent has Yiadom behind him, probably the most uncomfortable footballer ive seen this high up the pyramid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
not joking they were both poor Saturday. And I don't know what Kent brings to the team fair enough he can run fast..... but what else because he give Yidom no help, doesn't bring many goals or assists if Janko was fit he be out of the team.
