    So I read this whole thread with some interest.
    Barton is one of the most frustrating players I've ever seen. He is very talented - probably should have been an england regular, but and its a massive but with bells whistles horns and the works ....
    As others have said - he is a complete and utter lovely person. He is disruptive to squad morale , a selfish thug and I wouldnt want him anywhere near our club. Whether he is a better player than Hourihane - or anyone else for that matter is irrelevant because the flaws in his personality outweigh all the rest
