The flag is being despatched today and should arrive tomorrow at a company in Dodworth who have kindly agreed to accept delivery. I'll be picking it up on Thursday morning. Hope I can get the bloody thing in my car!

Can see you now driving down dodworth road with it hanging out of the window. Flag just leaving motorway....car sat at the lights. Do we have any plans to get it to away games and so on. Birmingham will be a great one to take to be plenty of empty seats to cover it with.

So far the plan is to use the flag as much as possible and store it at the club, probably in Redfearn's Bar, so it's always available. Once we've seen how big it is, how it folds up etc, it will be easier to decide the feasibility of taking it to away games.

As I'm not a proper fan and hardly go to any away games, someone else will need to step forward to take responsibility for getting it safely there and back. I'm sure there'll be plenty of volunteers after Friday's match.

I'll try and get a photo of it on Thursday to put on here, if I can handle it on my own.

Yes 15 quid hopefully that will tempt a few more instead of watching on sky.

I've emailed the club to see if we can drape it over the empty block of seats at the north end of the East Stand Lower.

As for a preview, do you know a few 18ft tall blokes to hold it up?

Neaw just dangle it from tarn hall. I'd dread to imagine the weight of it if it gets wet!
