On what basis do you play Rodriguez? Not having a go, genuinely interested.

I won't even start to wonder why Armstrong and Kent are playing but there we go

I think you've actually finally lost the plot.

If you want people to take your opinions seriously, stop being so antagonistic.

    Anyway.

I'd go for MacDonald who's done little wrong in my opinion in place of Jackson. I think McD and Roberts had a good partnership and made up for each others short falls. Based on what I've heard in regards to Rodriguez, he's nowhere near Championship standard yet.

I'd also stick with Yiadom who's been very consistent and I don't think was particularly bad yesterday either.

As for the midfield. I agree with your decision to bring both Morsy and Janko into the team. I'd like to see what Janko is like from the start but he does look quite a handy player.

I would stick with Hammill though.

I could make arguments for any two of Armstrong, Winnall and Bradshaw to start.

JR. Because he needs a chance. We need a bit of composure at the back and he could have it. Come through a good youth system over in Spain. Maybe made a first team appearence over in Spain too.

AA. Create something out of nothing. He's having to do things he doesn't want to. Play him on a system he understands.

AK. He's played well imo. On the right him and Bree played well together. I think he's more confident in the middle or the right. Well I think it's something he's said himself.

And for Conan. apparently Williams playing well in the u23's so he needs a chance.

Bring Armstrong and Kent on for impact and pace against tiring legs.

I like Scowen and thought he had a fairly decent game last night but he gifted them the third goal and was involved in that penalty incident too.

"come through a good youth system"

It's weird how much emphasis you place on where a footballer was as a kid. It seems to wholly determine your opinion of players. If they were at Barnsley/a big club then they're mint, if not they're ****. Like your idolisation of Frimpong who was utter gash

Birmingham would love us to pick that team, thankfully Hecky is picking the team.

He wants to play Rodriguez cos its a Cuban sounding name and it might comfort you through your recent bereavement.

Well.......it's as good a reason as any other I can think of.

Think it means Roberts came from Non League therefore he is crap, but unfortunately Hemmsy can't pick James Bree twice, so he has to pick Roberts.

I agree with that Janko for bree as he set up the 1st goal yesterday but that's all he has gave in 3 games really struggling defensivly at minute. Kent for watkins is obvious after last night as is morsey for scowern and angus for jackson and bradshaw has to come In armstrong just isn't fitting in the team.

Chuff me Phil, for a guy with an encyclopaedic knowledge of every age group team we have, you've not noticed that Matty has been in Lincolnshire for a couple of months? He's currently playing non-league. That God-awful tier that spawns the likes of Robbo and Macdonald.
Surely he should stay away from the pro ranks forever now? Never mind an All-star Hemsy XI at Brum?

Callum Evans, Cole Kpekawa, Andy Yiadom & a half crocked Aidy White will be above Templeton in the pecking order I'm afraid.

He's more of a winger is Matty anyway.
