Absolutely brilliant way to bounce back after the Forest defeat. Back to winning ways. Back into the top half of the table (prior to the Leeds/Villa game). Back to having a positive goal difference. Back to being closer to a Play Off place than a relegation spot points wise. Another clean sheet and away from home. Our top scorer getting another couple of goals. Our captain and star player getting another three assists. Hopefully, we can all simply enjoy today's win and not point score against any player who isn't a personal favourite, or another supporter.
We're a decent side with decent players. Proud of these lads who keep learning, keep improving. Proud of the way our club finds these players and makes the whole thing work. What a brilliant model.
F'cking buzzing. We're a work in progress and learning all the time. When it clicks we're more than competitive - but given where most of our squad has come from we'll have Forest-esque days again as they come to terms with a higher standard . we are away on a pre=christmas hollybob at Cardigan bay.... I was so not expecting this result, its fantastic .....and has put a real shine on our trip for me..... got to the cottage around 14:45..... unloaded the car and settled in ,then checked the score 1- 0 to us , was delighted and hoped we could hold out.... went to the local Tesco in Cardigan for some vitals & Grits.... got back around 18:00... Was really nervous as I went to check the final score..... was delirious with delight. We really are. Some people will pick out their individual shortcomings, and the lads won't win every game, but generally speaking the lads are playing some lovely passing football and not out of their depth at a very good standard. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
I thought we looked a good side against Forest, just that they had more luck than us. Weekends are so much better when the reds win.
