Had to stop the match with Sheff Utd tonight at 85th minute cos of fans invading the pitch holding "Sisu Out" banners. Didn't do any help. Play continued 5 minutes later and Billy Blunt snatched a scrappy winner.
I was looking at Coventry's team last night and shocked how they're near the bottom. The potential one or two of their lads have blended in with the quality of Marvin Sordell, Chris Mccann, Gael Bigirimina and Jordan Turnbull is a shock that they're down there. Just shows what distractions from behind the scenes can do.
I'm not happy either - it seems that the blunts will comfortably see themselves up this time, and I was enjoying their pain. The way things are going, they could win the league at a canter and be home and hosed before Easter. When you get games like that go in your favour, not for the first time this season, you know its your year.
They could be 3rd after tomorrow Hardly running away with the league Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
For me its a cant have your cake and eat it. I enjoy their continued League One anonymity, but itd be nice to have another derby
Luck runs out eventually. Hopefully they'll be battling the play-offs again - with the usual results.
The Blunts are a good team at that level recruited shrewdly and got a good manager in. It'll still end in tears I'm not sure how but it will.
