Not talking ticket prices. Are admission prices on the day set at the same price for home and away supporters?

Sorry to bring back the subject but my mate has a pint riding on it. This fellow in his local as said its a football league law that any away fan cannot be charged more than a home fan whilst paying on the gate on match day. Does any body know if that's the case.

Unluckily for the fellow in his local he's incorrect, note Friday 25th November when our fans paid £17 on the gate and Forest fans £29.

You can run a limited number of promotions 3 I believe where there can be a difference in costs the rest have to be the same I believe. So you are both right.

They pay the same, as per EFL rules. Although there is no u 12 tickets available on day.
Clubs are allowed 4 promotions per season and have to inform EFL and visiting club of this before announcing them.
Clubs can lower ticket prices for both clubs with agreement of Away club

They can't be charged more from comparable areas except on a few (possibly 3) chosen community games per season

An away fan in the east upper could be charged more than an home fan behind the goals but an away fan behind the goals can't be charged more than a home fan in the ponty
