See he's back to playing one up front football , possession football . You would have thought he would have learnt that 4-4-2 works well
No doubt he's still trotting out the need for three transfer windows to get the team he wants, playing one up top, playing players out of position and for some unknown reason being described as an up and coming manager highly respected blah blah blah. Whether you liked LJ or not I think we struck lucky getting compensation for a guy who's track record is at best average. Moreover Heckingbottom is different in his approach and appraisal of our performances. COYR
What a little ******** he his. Bright young dwarf, up and coming elf. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Good manager - who with our directors plotted a new route for Barnsley which is now paying off. It will take him a season or two at Bristol- but he will do it. Prediction - if LJ is still at Bristol for the 18/19 season they will be top 6 maybe top 2
his hand was pretty much forced to go to 442 and thats when our fortunes changed. sounds like he's not learnt his lesson.
hes doing everything and blaming everyone/thing that he did with us, everybody but himself. AND they recently extended his contract
like the other fans on here have said, i couldnt give a monkeys toss about this ignorant little plastic managerial wannabe lol. but its still interesting to keep an eye on his current struggles. he got his so called dream job at Bristol etc, and now it sounds like hes unpopular right now with the fans at ashton gate. ive got no liking or respect at all for bristol city (and this goes back to when so'd turned us down and joined them instead), but if they have got the money then they cant let sentiment get in the way and surely johnson must be on borrowed time there.
To be fair, when they appointed him their supporters seemed massively underwhelmed so I'm surprised he's lasted this long.
Lee Johnson Keith Hill Daviid Flitcroft. Who gives a flying ****? I'm more interested in what Hecky is doing.
Apparently LJ angrily confronted the referee on the pitch at full time after yesterday's game when he thought a last minute Marlon Pack effort had crossed the line to earn them a point only it wasn't given!!
Of course he did! Everyone knows the best view for telling whether a ball has fully crossed the goal line at either end is from the touchline near the centre circle!! Unless of course he had access to instant slo-mo replays on a big screen in the technical area!!
He was systematically destroying our club. Handheld stayed we would have been relegated and have been playing front of 4k
