Fletcher. More rounded striker. I think he's a target man plus a few extra's.

Hopefully the club are looking at the big clubs really. think they will be looking to loan out some talented players.

I like our clubs transfer policy.

It's definitely working.

The scouting at the club needs praising for that.

 

I think given the position we are in, bringing in a young, motivated talent from a big club could be the way to go. It's got to be the right player though...

We seem to have come full circle...

Back in the early 90's we would uncover gems from all reaches of the lower and non leagues. There was the likes of Bully and Sheridon amongst others, but it felt like the scouting network just fell apart and these sort of players dried up.

Now it seems like we're back to the good old days, and I for one, love it!

 

Great ain't it! I get so excited every time we sign a player I've never heard of!

Give me a Roberts over a Rob Edwards, A Scowen over a Frimpong, A Watkins over a Keith Treacy, and a Winnall over a Martin Pederson.

Imagine we have a list of every player we would like to sign, and we'll have made bids already or at least sounded clubs out.

Wouldn't be sad to see Janko and Armstrong go back to their clubs and be replaced by players our scouting network to deem better.

 

Think we should cut our losses with Moncur anall.

I know it wasn't from non league, but I can still remember the excitement and intrigue when I picked up the Chronicle and saw we had signed an unknown centre half called Arjan De Zeeuw! I couldn't wait until the next game to see him play, and if i'm honest, to see how the friggin hell you pronounced his name!
