    For starters have you ever heard of a film called 'Singing in the rain'? She was a very famous household name for decades.


    Mary Frances "Debbie" Reynolds (April 1, 1932 – December 28, 2016) was an American actress, singer, businesswoman, film historian, and humanitarian. Her breakout role was the portrayal of Helen Kane in the 1950 film Three Little Words, for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer.

    I feel so sorry for Billie Lourd. To lose your Mum and your Grandma in such a short space of time. She must be hurting bad, poor girl.

    I remember a sugary sit com from the 60s which bore her name "The Debbie Reynolds Show". It was satirised by Monty Python with their sketch "The Attila the Hun Show". Those of a certain age may remember both.
