Just looking at the table, didn't realise they were doing so badly this year... and with Holloway at the helm slightly unpredictable... imagine if they were to go down to L1? Would the owners walk away spend more. Continue signing players like they have and sacking managers every 3-6months? Could be some big teams in the dog fight this year.
I imagine if they go down, they'll be certs for a fine or embargo the year after for failing to comply with FFP. If the owners walk away, they could go into meltdown. I can't see it somehow. I don't have much love for Cloughie Jnr, but I'd love to see Burton stay up ahead of the likes of QPR, Wigan or Cardiff. #TeamsLikeBarnsley

I hope they go down. I can't stand Holloway, and what they stand for as a club - they're a typical (bad) example of a modern day football club.
Ideally it'd be QPR, Cardiff and some other far flung place relegated. Replaced with three Northern sides. Which looks likely looking at L1.
That's not going to help us with travel arrangements mate, we are still going to have plenty of London trips with the likes of Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea Sent via Royal Mail and typed up by my Tapatalk byatch
Next season (provided we don't go up) looks to have some excellent local matches especially if Hull come down and Scunny, Blunts and Bradford come up. Just hopefully it's Newcastle, Brighton and (if not us!) then Reading going up. That would be 7 Yorkshire teams to beat.
Amazing to think that all of Onouha, Sandro & Caulker are individually on more money a week than our entire starting 11 combined that beat QPR. That shows you how well we're doing

Agree. Rotherham have gave everybody else a good start to catch up, Wigan are absolutely appalling at the moment and Blackburn seem to be a good footballing team but can't buy wins (the unrest at the club is also a concern). The only other sides in a relegation battle (Burton, QPR and Cardiff in my opinion) have strengths. Burton seem very good at home and have a savvy manager, QPR are better then the other few sides and will get more wins alongside a Cardiff side who have a top manager who thrives on his side having their backs against the wall. Wouldn't really mind any of those six going down in all fairness. For footballing reasons, I'd like Burton to stay up but apart from that, I'm not really bothered. The sides coming up from League 1 are better away days.
QPR, Wigan and Blackburn. All have virtually gone full circle. They've all thrown money at it but what do they have to show for it? QPR probably got better support when they were an established top flight club. Wigan and Blackburn shrinking back to how they were before whelan and walker appeared with their fat wads. I personally think it's a joy to watch their fans moaning, but then I'm looking at it from the viewpoint of a supporter of a well run club that lives within its means.
